Marriott International To Open New St. Regis Resort And Residences In Bodrum By 2030

Marriott International has signed an agreement with Turkey’s Kuzu Group to open a new St. Regis resort and branded residences in the Kazıklı Cove area, located in the northern part of Bodrum. The project is expected to open in 2030 and will mark Marriott’s 100th hotel in Turkey, combining hospitality and residential offerings under the luxury St. Regis brand.
The upcoming St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum will include 138 guest rooms and various dining venues. Facilities will feature indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, spa, children’s club, and meeting and event spaces. The development also includes The Residences at The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum, with 221 apartments and villas ranging from one to five bedrooms.
The site spans 280,000 square metres of beachfront in Kazıklı Cove and is intended to offer both guests and residents direct access to the Aegean coastline and views over the sea. It is also expected to have amenities tailored for long-stay and residential use, including a library, co-working spaces, private fitness studios, a lounge, and a media room.
This development represents the second collaboration between Marriott International, Kuzu Group, and consultancy firm Servotel. The first was the JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea, which opened in 2022.

Marriott currently operates more than 60 properties in Turkey across 21 brands, including six branded residences and over 9,000 rooms. The Bodrum project under the St. Regis brand is part of the company’s continued expansion in the country’s high-end market segment.
For travel and hospitality professionals, the St. Regis Karya Cove Resort and Residences will add new capacity and residential inventory in one of Turkey’s most competitive leisure markets. The long lead time to completion suggests further development opportunities may follow in the wider Bodrum region.
