Dream Yacht Marks 25 Years With Expanded Ownership Models And New Global Itineraries

Dream Yacht Worldwide, a leading player in the global sailing and yacht charter sector, is marking its 25th anniversary with a series of strategic initiatives unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The brand’s new offerings for the 2025 and 2026 seasons include revamped yacht ownership programs, the introduction of updated boat models, enhanced customer experiences, and a trio of new itineraries targeting emerging demand for premium cabin cruises.
Founded in 2000 by Loïc Bonnet, Dream Yacht has evolved into a global operator with the broadest network of sailing destinations and more than 130,000 annual clients. As it enters its second quarter-century, the company is reaffirming its dual focus: delivering investment value to yacht owners and elevated experiences to travelers.
Ownership programs tailored to investor needs
Recognising the diverse needs of both lifestyle buyers and return-driven investors, Dream Yacht has restructured its ownership offering:
- Dream Performance Worldwide provides yacht owners with high-season sailing privileges in any Dream Yacht destination, plus an improved revenue share model. Owners are entitled to two guaranteed weeks of sailing annually, while Dream Yacht manages the vessel entirely.
- Dream Guarantee offers greater flexibility, including contract terms from 42 to 66 months, a fixed monthly income, and up to 12 weeks of global sailing annually. Owners can adjust the ratio of personal use versus income, with operational oversight handled by Dream Yacht.
These options aim to lower entry barriers, mitigate operational complexity, and increase the financial appeal of yacht ownership.

Fleet upgrades and sustainability integration
The company is also expanding its fleet with the introduction of high-demand yacht models such as the Bali 5.2 and 5.8, Fountaine Pajot 41 and 44, Lagoon 43 through 60, and Dufour 48 and 54, among others.
In parallel, the first Lagoon 620 catamaran, fully refitted under Groupe Beneteau’s Lagoon NEO sustainability program, will be deployed in Martinique and Corsica. The refurbishment extends vessel lifespan and incorporates new eco-efficient features aligned with environmental best practices.
New cabin cruise itineraries for evolving traveller demand
To address growing interest in adventure and cultural exploration, three new premium itineraries will debut:
- Abacos Dream Premium (Bahamas, January 2026)
- Koh Samui Dream Premium (Thailand, May 2026)
- Kornati Sail Share (Croatia, 2026 season)
These itineraries complement the company’s expanding cabin cruise segment, offering curated sailing experiences without the need for full yacht rental.
Digital transformation and customer experience focus
To support operational scalability and enhance guest satisfaction, Dream Yacht has implemented a range of digital upgrades including:
- Online check-in/out
- Digital briefing tools
- Real-time app notifications
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking
Recognition of these improvements is already visible: the Martinique base earned a 2025 TripAdvisor Award for service quality.
Dream Yacht reports continued charter performance growth across key markets. In the Mediterranean, occupancy increased by 6% this year, while French Polynesia is forecasting 15% growth for the next season. These figures underscore the brand’s sustained relevance in a competitive landscape.
