Unsure What To Do In Ny.

Here’s the situation: I moved in with a friend at the beginning of June in New York State. He wasn’t in the best of health. Lived in the family home that he inherited from his parents, however still in his parents’ name. In August his brother and SIL moved in to take over the mortgage and bills, or he was going to lose the house. So, 3 days after he passed, I approached them and said, now that he is gone, I should pay my share to stay here. So, I made the offer that I me IF I could continue living downstairs as it’s a nice place I can pay 500 a month going forward starting Nov 1. She shot me down saying her son was going to move in. I said OK no problem I will start looking for a new place and take that as my 30 days to vacate. So, on Nov 1 she sends me a text asking IF I can pay 500 for November if I'm staying. I politely said I’m sorry I had to re-allocate that money for rent into a new security dep and rent so unfortunately, I don’t have it now. She didn't respond to my reply via text. So, she started going through his apartment the mini one and clearing his things out to sell. To get caught up on the bills, Decent priced item and antiques, some glass, China hutches. I didn't want to make things awkward, so I always kept it cordial and polite conversation, she offered me things to take that were my friends and if I wanted anything just let her know. I asked to take some thermals tops and bottoms and socks about a 27g tote worth. Well at some point she got it in her head that I had been taking things and selling them out of the apartment all along and said she knew for a fact. I never took or sold anything out of here ever. It's gotten told I'm a freeloader scum bag a thief, all kinds of fucked up shit, so she told me that she reported me to the sheriff for mail fraud because I had an order delivered under a business account from an online supplier account in my name business is mine also that I legally own. She told them I was takin things and selling them, which is not true and there is ZERO evidence to even suggest any such behavior. Now though it's gotten worse today she has yelled and screamed obscenities at me telling me I need to get out by tomorrow; plan was to leave Sunday anyways. She proceeded to go through my personal bag dumped it out this morning in my room where I sleep i was in the next room over and then take the bag and iPad upstairs, I made the comment that I was going to call the police and she comes flying in the door telling me go ahead call them I told her I have a receipt for that bag thank you give it back, while I was looking for the receipt she comes back downstairs and throws in onto the floor and says here’s your bag., still has the iPad. I don’t know what to do at this point, I have a feeling she’s going to try and stop me from taking my personal things I brough with me. This has stressed me to the point of headaches now. I don't know what she will try and pull next. Any advice would be helpful?
