Squatters Rights, Tenant At Will, Or Nothing At All?

Location: Missouri I (M)from Missouri have had a relationship with (F) for 3 years ago. 6 months ago she moved full time into my apartment, without the knowledge of my landlord. About a week ago things went off the deep end (I’ll spare you all the relationship drama), she hit me a couple times, has since been threatening to kill me, and has been going out of her way to make life miserable for me in any general way. (Screaming at me 24/7, opening the door and turning the lights on in the middle of the night while I sleep, constantly telling me I’m the biggest piece of shot in the world).

At this point I just want her to leave the home and am willing to trespass her if that’s at all a possibility. I know she isn’t a tenant because she isn’t on the lease and the way I see it she isn’t a tenant at will because the landlord doesn’t know she lives here. With my understanding of squatters laws in MO, the property has to be vacant and she would’ve had to of been there for longer than the 6 months she was. I called the local police station to ask if I could trespass her, and they told me no, but I wanted to reach out here and ask if that really was the case.

*She does get mail in her name delivered here , but no bank statements, no utility bill, nothing that would work as proof of address at the DMV.

*I know I’m breaking my lease by having allowed her to stay there
