Suspended / Under Investigation For Time Theft (during Partial Fmla)

I just learned that I am being investigated for "Time Theft" and have been put on an immediate suspension for investigation. They want me to turn in my computer on Monday Morning.
I have been on FMLA since late October due to a brain injury. I was placed on limited hours for over a month but, upon re-evaluation, I was not recovering as expected so I was out on full leave for a month. I have been back now, on limited time, for less than a month. My doctor left it up to me, he said if I felt like I could go back, he would sign off and I felt like they needed me / felt bad for being out / so I asked to go back.
All the work I've done during this time has been from home. I was already a hybrid employee and all my work is done on the computer so it hasn't been a problem.
Or I thought.
I have, legitimately, no idea what they are talking about. I sit down, do my work for my allotted 4 hours, every day. Some days I have more difficulty concentrating than others and will come back later to finish up a couple things that my brain just couldn't tackle earlier in the day.
Nobody has ever given me any warnings or brought up any concerns.
My meeting with HR is on Wednesday, they want me to turn in my computer on Monday morning. I am locked out of everything so I can't even go through my emails/post times to verify.
Any advice (or any speculation on what they might even think I've done) would be greatly appreciated.
