Someone Took Selfies Of Me And Used Them In A Tiktok Shop Ad Without My Consent!

Location: California
I was scrolling TikTok and to my surprise, an ad came across my feed that was using pictures of me to sell supplements! The ad is sponsored by a fairly known brand that sells their products in places like Walmart and Target. Not only did the person post me once, but they posted it 5 different times in the past few months and one of them has 42 million views and nearly 400k likes. The ad links to a supplement that has nearly 600k sold with bottles ranging in price of $33-$125 each. No one contacted me for my consent to use the selfies I took of myself, 3 in total. These pictures are being used to sell a product promoting a treatment I never used or recommended, false advertisement. One of the posts actually photoshopped different clothes onto my body. I have the original photos as well as access to my account where I originally posted the images. I contacted this TikTok shop and requested them to remove my images, but so far they have not done so or responded to me. What can I do? I was not expecting to see someone using pictures of me to advertise a nutritional supplement treatment I never used or endorsed! It's embracing and really frustrating that someone is monetizing off me without my consent.
