Repeated Vandalism And Damages To My Transportation On Company Property, What Are My Options?

Reposted with better formatting
Location: northeastern Pennsylvania I work at a nursing home a few minutes from my house and I dont have a license so I bike everywhere. Two times in the course of one year (three if you count the two tires from the first incident separately), my tires have been stabbed and flattened while my bike has been sitting in the parking lot as I work.
We know for a fact that they've been purposefully stabbed each time and not an accidental puncture because we've found what are very obviously cuts in the rubber the perpetrator attempted to hide by doing near the spokes, this time the cut is a lot more obvious because we put foam inserts inside so I'd still be able to get home in case this happened again.
Again, they attempted to hide the cut by doing it near the spokes, this time on the inner side of the wheel. There are no cameras anywhere at the property, the most recent incident of this happening was yesterday, I changed where I parked after the first time, but obviously putting it somewhere very visible from multiple locations didnt help.
This is an incredibly small town of probably barely 100 people with extremely little crime, I cant imagine anyone in town going out of their way to walk up here every couple months and stab only my tires, I think it must be somebody who works here doing it.
What are my legal options here? Do I have any right to financial compensation from my employer?
