Neighbor Has Threatened To Kill Me And My Brother (location: Nh)

Neighbor has been having a feud with my father for years and it’s been escalating rapidly. She believes she’s being gangstalked by everyone and she’s a “targeted individual”. She said word for word “up to 7 of your sons, I will kill, kill my son, and I will kill up to 7 of ur sons, that’s a promise, THATS A PROMISE TO YOU!!”.

Me and my brother live next to her and we have this all on camera. I’d love to post it here but I don’t think I can or it’s a good idea but I’m really concerned. The cops came that night and could have arrested her because of public disturbance (she was screaming for hours, all the neighbors called) but they didn’t because her son recently was put in the ICU.

I know she’s mentally ill and is in a delusion, but that makes it more scary for us because those are the people who do stuff. She also taped a marker to a tape measurer and stuck it through our fence, and meticulously wrote FUCKER on our fence. Cops seen it but they can’t prove it’s her but obviously it is.
