Neighbor Destroyed Our Cat House And Threw It And A Bucket Of Concrete At Us. What Can We Do?

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Title says it for the most part, we have (had) a cat house by the front door of our property powered from a cable to the inside of our house to provide heating and food to outside cats during winter.

Our neighbor just had his doordash stolen by a raccoon and promptly went over and demolished the cat house, proceeded to throw it out into the street, then directly at us when we tried to clean it up, then picked up a nearby bucket of concrete and tried throwing that at us as well.

His argument as far as I could get through from all the yelling was that because we feed the cats it attracts the raccoons and therefore that justifies destroying our property and throwing it at us.

To clarify, we only feed the cats during the daytime as we are aware raccoons are in the area, but we also are not the only people on the block that feed the cats and in addition, we live on a standard city block where everyone has there trash cans out front and accessible anyways so even if there was not cats in our area there would still be racoons.

What can we do at this point to either protect ourselves or pursue action in any legal way?
