Need Help On Whether Or Not I Could Get A Disorderly Conduct Charge And What Could Happen If I Press Charges.

Hi 18m here, I was at highschool in homeroom when we heard sirens, I made the joke, "it's ice" or something similar, then another kid tells someone they better run, another guy, let's call him Jake, gets upset over it, because he thought I said "Jake, it's ice you better run", so he got up and started yelling what did you say, so I tell him "i said it's ice" I let him know it was a dumb joke and that I didn't mean anything by it, those kinds of jokes get tossed around occasionally, I keep apologizing, he keeps pressing he eventually pushes me(I'm sitting down he's standing)I catch myself so I don't fall in the chair, so I'm still sitting, he pushes me again this time I hit the ground, he stands over me yelling at me, I keep apologizing for the bad joke, he slaps me in the side of the head, I didn't block and keep apologizing, he hits me again, then the teacher pulls Jake off of me and separates us, as he leaves he says "you know I could kill you right?" And then they take him away to another room and I'm given in school suspension for the rest of the day.

My questions are as follows:

Since this kid has a history and broke his probation how long could he go to jail if I just press charges for disorderly conduct?

Could I get disorderly conduct charges for the dumb joke I made?

How long would it take to go to court?

Is it worth pressing charges for the attack?
