My Estranged Father Made A Song About Me. I Don't Know If I Have A Case To Force Him To Take The Videos/social Media Posts Down

So I (23) have cut off my father since I was 18. I had a protective order against him when I was in highschool bc he tried to convince me to kill my mom (they've been divorced since I was 3) but the family courts forced me back into his home. I've only seen him once since I cut him off, and that was at my half-sister's wedding a few years ago.

I hate that I have to do this, but he's actually unhinged. For reference, here's a couple of things he's said/done:

- He told my mom when they were married that he had plans to cut the brakes on his 1st ex-wife's car so he could take full custody of my half siblings

- drove me home after a visitation didn't go well going 90 mph while it's raining and swerving around huge semis. We almost got into what would've been a nasty wreck

- screamed at me in a restaurant over my choice of college and major, and he threatened me with violence (I can't remember the exact threat due to how long its been, but it was horrific)

- constant physical abuse of my male siblings and constant verbal/sexual abuse with me and my female siblings

- so much more abuse and other crazy shit

Because of how he is, I have a burner Facebook account that I use to keep tabs on him. He's since moved from my hometown in TN to a city only an hour from me here in Alabama. Then he started visiting my aunt's bar a lot (she hates him, but it's his only connection to my mother), and I found out about the song. There's the official version his musician friend posted, which includes my name. Then, on his personal YouTube page, he included my full legal name and pictures of me from when I was a toddler until I turned 18 and blocked him. On his Facebook, he was slandering my mother and me in his post, in the comments, etc. I've tried reporting to YouTube several times, and they didn't do anything.

I plan to be a teacher, so this stuff is going to follow me everywhere I go. I can't have someone searching my name for a background check and THAT popping up. Not to mention all the creeps out there who can use and view those photos he posted, which makes me deeply uncomfortable. I tried to report both videos several times, but they kept on rejecting my appeals.

Tldr; My abusive estranged father wrote a song about me and included pictures of me as a child.

Is there a way I can legally force him to take them down? Like a cease and desist or something? Im tired of still having to deal with him constantly trying to force his way into my life, but I don't think I have enough evidence for a restraining order and such. Any advice would be great, as I'm desperate to legally force him out of my life, preferably for good.
