My Dads Ex Gf Is Trying To Get Rights To His House That He Purchased While In The Relationship.

This is my first time posting to any reddit/subreddit so forgive me if I forget something.

Location: Louisiana

Summary: My dad met and started dating his now ex in February, they broke up in October. My dad sold his house in May and closed on his new house in July. When he closed on the house, he was the only one that was on the title/mortgage, she wanted to be added to it but he was smart and said no. When they broke up, he went through the formal process for eviction (went to the court house and got a 5 day notice to vacate) at the end of the 5 days, she showed in no way of wanting to leave so they went to eviction court. At court she was represented by a pro bono lawyer who presented documents (not even notarized) that stated that my dad was giving her permanent residency and was going to add her to the title when her divorce was finalized (she was/is still married but didn't want to go though the troubles of a divorce with her husband or something, I am not sure on that). Now mind you, my dad did not sign this paper but it had his signature on it. It was discovered that is was submitted to the courthouse and the judge was made aware of that and didn't go through the eviction. My dad has been in contact with the Sheriffs Office for the forgery, they have supposedly sent the document off for investigation by their analyst to determine if that is or is not his signature so they can pursue charges.

My dad did not feel comfortable staying in the house by himself, so he went to stay with my brother until I was able to move in with him and that was a month and a half ago. Since then she has only been to the house once and that was at 2am on Monday morning causing a ruckus with her sister then left around 2pm after gathering some of her items. My understanding of it is that she still has legal access to the house and we cannot deny her access like changing the locks and not giving her a key.

It just seems like things aren't moving on the Sheriffs side, so is there anything that I or my dad can do in the courts to remove that document and formally evict her from the house so that we can have some peace at mind and not have to worry about getting woken up by her again?
