Lady Is Knowingly Spreading Bedbugs
Location: Kentucky. A lady in my town is known to be spreading bedbugs but we have no clue what to do. A family member is working for a retired Dr in my town and he recently battled bedbugs. He’s fairly wealthy and was able to battle them pretty quick. The woman he got him from was a sitter and he fired her since she knew she had them and didn’t inform him. Now, this same sitter, is staying with a few other older people in town and we have no clue what to do. He asked his lawyer before he fired her if she could come back on him legally and the lawyer said no but not to spread the news she has them since it would be legally hard to prove and could be considered slander and he could get in a lot of trouble if she lost her jobs due to him telling others. The sitter is staying with a family I know and I’m trying to inform them without getting me or the dr in trouble. I’m debating on sending them a letter or getting a text free number and texting them. Idk what to do because she’ll just then move onto the next family. The dr offered to help her get rid of them but she declined because she didnt want to “move things”? She’s a very lazy individual and apparently doesn’t care she’s spreading them. The family she’s with now isn’t as fortunate as the dr so I need to get them informed asap. Maybe even just an anonymous note in the mailbox. Any advice please?
