Got Ticket For Ignoring Officer Directions When No One Was Giving Directions

It’s basically what the title says, there was a police blockade on a 4 lane road (2 lanes going both ways) and there were cop cars blocking the right two lanes, but no one was directing traffic, so I had no idea where to go. I carefully drove around them and then I got pulled over. There was a crash btw and that’s why they were there.

My conversation with the police officer:

Officer: pull over!!! (He was on the road near the crash)

Me: pulls over

Officer: did you see that blockade back there?!?!? (Obviously very angry and was yelling)

Me: Yeah, but no one was giving directions so I didn’t know where to go and I was just confused.

Officer: give me your license!!!

Me: I’m sorry man I was just confused on where to go (gives him my license)

Officer: goes to cop car for a while comes back with a ticket :(

I think I have a decent case because no one was directing traffic, because both me and my gf were confused on where to go.

I want to know if it would be worth it to get a lawyer or not and any advice on how to handle this situation.

Charges:

Ignoring traffic control order of a law enforcement officer (I didn’t see a single officer until I got pulled over)

Passing a vehicle going the same direction were it was not allowed.
