Kansas Lemon Law

Location: Kansas
Purchased a new vehicle 4/29/25.
Returned to dealer on 5/10/25 due to warning light to have brake system serviced. Dealer diagnosed the problem and vehicle needs new master cylinder, brake sensor. Parts are on back order and unavailable with a mid-July ETA, but that continues to be pushed back.
Kansas Lemon Law has an out of service for 30 day rule, from what I can tell. I know states like Texas include a statement that if you are given a loaner car those days do not count towards your out of service limit. We were given a loaner car, but it was nowhere near the trim level of our recently purchase vehicle.
Anyone know if Kansas has the loaner car rule?
Also, I contacted GM and they denied the request for buyback. I did this part on my own, without an attorney involved. They did not give a reason why, and will not tell me why. They just told me over the phone it was denied.
My thought was to get an attorney involved and push for a re-purchase. Any thoughts or anything I may be missing?
