Is This Enough To Pursue Stalking Charges?

Location: Colorado. I am looking for advice. I’m beginning to question if what’s been happening is enough to charge for stalking, because it’s starting to scare me.

I (37F) filed for divorce from my husband (44M) in June. He still lives with me. I've been trying to get him out of the house without using the legal system but that may need to change.

Here's some examples:

He showed up at my mom’s house recently even though she told him months ago not to contact her. He said he “just wanted to thank her in person,” but it made both of us really uncomfortable.

He frequently drives by my mom’s house whenever I’m there (almost like he’s checking to make sure I’m actually there. )

He’s "found me" in other places too.. once at a park, where he drove by three times and had to go out of his way to find me...And once at a store parking lot. When he spotted me in the parking lot, he took off fast, like he didn’t want to be seen.

He’s also followed someone I used to date on two separate occasions. Once he followed him home from work to the next town over, and another time he parked near that person’s house and drove away when he realized he’d been seen.

There haven’t been any direct threats, but all this... the following, showing up uninvited, driving by to “check” where I am, has me constantly on edge. I’ve started saving screenshots, photos, and Ring footage just to have proof, but it’s exhausting.

Also, I've also started noticing that he seems to somehow know things that I’ve said in private conversations. It’s unsettling, because I can’t figure out how he’d know that unless he’s somehow accessing my phone or messages. Sometimes he references details I’ve only shared in texts or conversations that he shouldn’t know about.

As a side note, he is also consistently harassing me, texting me often and seems very possessive and obsessive with me.

Even without threats, is this kind of behavior enough to report or take legal action on? I plan on getting a protection order, but wonder if this is enough to look at stalking charges, also. I feel like he’s trying to keep tabs on me, and I’m starting to feel unsafe.
