Personal Injury Lawyer Cancelling All My Dr Appointments Treatment

So on June 23,2025 I was in a very bad lyft accident involving lyft and a another person who hit my right as I was a passenger in Austin Texas.

I ended up with a lot of injuries which includes two moderate TBI, 4 hetnisted disk in my neck 3 in my lower back, I suffered three fractured ribs and there was a tempered glass in my wrist that I had to get removed after 3 weeks and my abdomen had deep tissue bruising from the seatbelt and the rollover of the car which messed up my colon intestine and I have like a lot of blood clotted are hematomas there and then recently I started having a TMJ because I can't sleep at night.

Yeah so the issue is that I contacted my case manager and let them know hey my abdomen is hurting a lot I'm throwing up I'm getting constipated I can't sleep I have like acid refluxes food is coming up after I eat it and it's hard for me to take that just food and stuff and I'm I was just getting ultrasound 3 months ago but I never received anything and I sent it to my case manager and I sent another message stating that if they can't help me out then maybe I should go to a a new friend who would put my medical interest first and then I got a call from the lawyer about my case saying hey unfortunately I have to effective immediately stop all future treatments they are not going to send out any referrals for anything that I have right now and said that because they can't see if I follow under the uninsured policy for Lyft that they can only get the $30,000 from the other person's insurance because they only have liability and that my medical bills were exceedingly high at the moment and that the firm had to look after the people they have the letters of protection with to make sure that they are going to get paid.

And then the next day there was an email sent out to all of my medical providers my neurologist the doctors who were looking after my spine my physical therapists and stuff getting emails saying effective immediately I am not their client anymore and to cancel all future appointments.

I felt like blindsided like no one gave me the option to do anything I felt lost it was in despair of complete what was happening the lawyer told me that I had to wait until lyft and Fred loya thought out litigation in court to see who was at fault before I could resume my treatment which they said could take up to one or two years. And I currently can't even go to work or anything like that because I'm a bartender and everything gives me like a headache I'm a liability to my job.

I just felt like as of right now the my law firm and my health or aligned in the same interest anymore.

I'm like 90% done with my treatment and have about like 10 physical therapy sessions left but I still need to get my TMJ looked at and I want to see an ultrasound for my colon intestine to see what's going on.

Unfortunately it's really too late for me to switch first because I'm almost done what you meant and no firm wants to take on the trouble to do all the work from the bottom up again.

What can I do now because I have a meeting with them Monday and I'm just shocked because I put my trust in these people to take care of my health and now they're just cutting me off and leaving me in like a dark place
