Is There A Way To Anonymously Contact The Judge Assigned To A Case To Request A Person Not Be Able To Bail Out Or Not Be Able To Stay With You When They Do Bail Out?
LOCATION: Texas
Former partner of ten years arrested for aggravated SA of a child and some other child sex crime related charges. Initial Bail set at $500K. Has status hearing and bail reduction motion later this week. Thinks it will be reduced enough that he can find a bondsman who will write the bond to get out.
I've been working on finding a way to disentangle myself from him for a few weeks, but while he was in jail it was pretty easy to give him neutral answers to things and he placed me in charge of his accounts to make sure bills were being paid.
I do not want him to come stay with me if he bails out. His residence is an RV park across the street from an elementary school so I doubt he'd be allowed to stay there.
Is there a way to ask the judge to make sure he can't ask to come stay with me? I have no specific threat or intimidation to point to other than he had me fooled for a long time and he can talk anyone into anything and I need him not to be around while I get my brain straight after all this.
