Edit 1: to clarify, my garnishment was satisfied on 9/17 (Confirmed by them directly) This document was uploaded to the courthouse on 9/26

Below is the most recent document uploaded to my case regarding a garnishment to my employer. I have paid/satisfied the garnishment since 9/17, I get paid weekly and I am still having 25% garnished and have overpaid around $1,100 and about to be closer to $1,600 by next week. This “Debt Collection Lawyer” has been difficult to contact and slow to move forward with stopping my garnishment.

MOTION FOR FINAL JUDGMENT OF CONTINUING WRIT OF GARNISHMENT AGAINST SALARY AND WAGES AND FOR ORDER DIRECTING DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS

COMES NOW Plaintiff (Redacted), in Garnishment by and through its undersigned attorney and having accepted the Answer of Garnishee, filed in the above matter and moves this Court for entry of Judgment of Continuing Writ of Garnishment Against Salary and Wages and further states Plaintiff is entitled to its costs as set forth in its Motion for Continuing Writ of Garnishment Against Salary or Wages

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves this Court for entry of its Judgment of Continuing Writ of Garnishment Against Salary and Wages, which proposed Judgment is herewith provided, and such other relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
