I have a concern and a question. I am trying to protect my butt at the end of the day. So my ex boyfriend broke into my house and caught me and my current boyfriend making out on the bed with my 16 month son in his bed asleep. He’s trying to accuse me of having sex while the baby was in the room. I called the police because my current boyfriend offered to leave and my ex boyfriend kept on being aggressive with me. I called the police and my ex is telling the cops that I have had sex in front of my son and should be charged with child exploitation. My first question is, is that even illegal? I get being out in public naked but I’ve heard so many people keep their babies in the room with them. They are babies and can not understand what is going on and are sleep. For 3 years when I was with my ex we always did it while our first son was a baby and he was asleep, we had one bedroom and was living with his mom so we could remove ourselves from the room. It’s weird thwr he’s such a hypocrite and thinks now that I am with someone else i cant do the things we used to do. My second question is, how can I protect myself Incase he is trying to get me arrested for this? And my third question would be, does he need evidence because as of right now all he has is his statement against me and my boyfriends?
