False Sex Abuse Claim

Location: Jackson, Mississippi. I was at work last week and my wife called me to get home immediately. When I arrived at home I found out my stepdaughter (28) went to the hospital claiming the day before in the morning I touched my 4 year old granddaughter sexually and slapped her while we were supposedly alone, I was supposed to be babysitting while my wife went to the gym. The daughter has never liked me, always asking for money which I won’t give her, and was mad a month ago because I wouldn’t let her move in with us. She is doing this evidently for spite. I have never babysat her alone much less that morning. Before she went to the hospital the daughter called my wife and told her she was doing this reporting me, my wife told her the granddaughter was with her that morning in question and she didn’t go to the gym, she babysat her. The daughter said she didn’t care and was calling the police on her husband. We even have home security video showing my wife was outside with the granddaughter at home when I was supposedly alone with her and my wife at the gym. My wife obtained a video also the daughter made (my wife got the video from her other daughter who the daughter in question sent a copy to her) and gave to the police asking the 4 year old questions where I touched her and slapped her. The video is so disgusting, it is so coached by the daughter, the 4 year old will say whatever the mother wants. I already have a lawyer but of course am so stressed and worried. It has been 4 days and have heard nothing, I know it can take a long time. I am worried about being arrested at my work if they think that video is enough to. There is nothing my lawyer can do yet, he just says we have to wait and see what they do. I know the examination from the hospital should all be negative as I never laid a hand on her, deep down though I wouldn’t put it past the daughter to abuse her to make it look like I did it, I mean if she will make a fake video and file a false claim like this. The next step I know as my lawyer said is a forensic interview with the granddaughter. I guess one of the reasons I am here is if anyone has experience with these forensic interviews. I am 100% innocent and never did a thing, have two teenage daughters here who are so mad and willing to do whatever it takes if it comes to it God forbid for me in court to testify. I would never do such a thing, I am just sick. I know the forensic interviews are done alone the parent isn’t there but I am still just so scared the mother could try to brainwash the granddaughter as to what happened or what to say, she is very impressionable, repeats stories. My wife and family knows I am 100% innocent, I even have the security c but I still keep thinking what if this forensic interviewer actually believes something did happen, how good are these people trained, how accurate are these interviews? Anyone with any advice or help in this area would be appreciated. I have never been so worried.
