Extreme Libel And Defamation On The Tea App By My Ex Girlfriend

The story begins in July when I started dating this girl. She seemed normal at first and wanted a relationship. 3 weeks later I find out she is cheating via screenshots shared with timestamps by someone that also had figured out she was cheating them.

So we break up and I text her, people will know you’re a cheater, because you gave me an STI and it’s just not cool.

So she goes on the “Tea” app for women. And posts a picture of me; from my camera roll, I’m not sure how she even has it…. She then follows the post with

“Girls don’t be scared of his ass. He is crazy AF. I don’t even know how to put it all. He drugs women and takes advantage of them, does HELLA drugs, DEALS DRUGS, makes his own DRUGS, he is a stalker, he is scary, threatens to assault you and your family/belongings, threatens you with guns(has illegal guns) and is VIOLENT. He is soooo immature like a teenager, and is going NOWHERE in life, has no ambition outside of fuck shit, only job he’s ever had was a dishwasher. Been to jail TWICE. With a FELONY. (Rich parents got his record expunged) drop more Tea if you know him.hes a local body and fucks hella girls and uses them. I posted him before and it got 15 red flags and comments before it got deleted. WARN FELLOW WOMEN.

I have already sent a cease and desist letter and emailed the hospital she works with all evidence. I would like to hire an attorney for defamation; and would appreciate any advice going about this situation. With those accusations I’ve had - friends, family and coworkers see it and question me about it. And I fear for my own safety.

have never used this app, and as a male, I cannot access it to review or remove the content myself.This has caused significant reputation damage and and harassment from people in my community, including close friends,family and coworkers have contacted me after seeing this content. The app is enabling misuse of personal data for defamation and harassment.
