Ex Trying To Send Me An Itemized List Of Things He Wants Back.

Location: New Mexico. Hi, I’m really stressed out right now and need any kind of advice really. My ex, who I broke up with 1 and half years ago, decided to send me an itemized list of things I “must” return to him. I’ve been 0 contact with him this entire time on the basis that he was incredibly abusive. The thing is, a lot of what’s on the list

Genuinely do not have and have no idea what it is
It’s been almost 2 years I’ve remodeled my house and spring cleaned.
Out of the list some were gifts to me from a couple Christmas’ ago. Including my AirPods and my hydroflask

I’m really stressed because he is the type of guy to do this to be controlling and just freak me out and take me to court. He’s tried to get me to pay him $30k prior to this (when we were together) because I had to quote “pay for the childhood trauma he endured”. He also stole my ice maker and $500 from me when we did break up. But out of just wanting to be done with the situation, I decided to let it go bc I wanted nothing else to do with him. None of the stuff on the list is valued over $1000. Also is this a good reason to get a restraining order? EDIT: We were NOT married
