Ex Interfering With Work After No-contact Agreement - Legal Advice Needed

My ex and I ended things badly and established a no-contact agreement through lawyers that includes not interfering with each other’s professional lives.
Recently my employer asked me questions about personal matters as it relates to professional performance that could only have come from my ex sharing information about my private life. These weren’t things that would be in any work records or discoverable through normal channels.
This feels like retaliation since other approaches didn’t work for them. The agreement was supposed to prevent exactly this kind of workplace interference.
Looking for advice on:
1) What legal options exist when someone violates this type of agreement? 2) How to handle this with my employer professionally? 3) Steps to prevent further interference? 4) Whether I need to involve my lawyer immediately?
I’ve maintained complete no-contact as advised. Just want to protect myself both legally and professionally without escalating things unnecessarily.
Any guidance would be helpful.
