I Need Divorce Advice Bad Guys....corn

Location: Tennessee Hello! i'm in a really bad situation here guys. i really need some true honest advice. I am 32f married to 32male. we have thee kids together and a home. both of our names on the home. we've been married 8 years.

A week ago i found out he had been using my nudes and "videos" to dirty talk with other MEN online. basically pretending to be me. not only that but he made a a porn page using my images and videos without over 20k views. it's been up for over a year. i had no idea it existed nor did i give him permission to do this.

He HAS done this to me before. a year or so ago he did something very similar to this. and i caught him and basically agreed to work through things our family (i stayed for the kids) cause the were young at the time. but i always told him if he ever did it again i would divorce him no question...

that brings us to NOW.....

i have told him i am divorcing him....he's not handing it well at all... and here's the BIG issue.

about a year ago he stole and it bike from a local store...i did know he did it. but he has always been pretty emotional abusive as you can imagine....so i basically acted like i didn't care. i was messaging him while he was doing it basically just saying "be careful" and "don't get caught" just things along those lines .

now he is black mailing me saying that if i divorce him he will turn us BOTH in leaving our kids to our grandparents if i end up going to jail. since i knew about his involvement in it...is that really a threat? i just really need help..... i am a good mother with a good job and iv always done what i needed to do for my family.
