Boyfriend Injured While Incarcerated, Trying To Find An Attorney To Take Case - Tn

Location: Paris TN (this was not the jail in my location) We have been looking for months for an attorney to take his case to sue the sheriff's department/jail where he was incarcerated in May 2025. He was forced to take meds he'd never taken before, which caused hallucinations and psychosis. He didn't even know what was going on and thought he was somewhere else. He even thought I was there and we were going to have breakfast at IHOP. He saw the door open, stepped out, mind you, there were 4 armed cops standing there. He remembers that much, so there's no way he would've went anywhere. But, they charged him with 2 counts of escape when he went nowhere, and he was literally thrown 8ft across the cell. His ribs hit into the corner of a concrete slab, breaking a rib and re-injuring his entire back. He remembers hearing one of the cops saying "oh s***!" referring to him being hurt. They were then instructed to pick him up, throw him on the slab and then left him there for 3 days with no medical attention despite him asking to be seen by the nurse multiple times. 3 days later, after numerous inmates had already seen the significant bruising on his side and back, he was finally seen by the nurse. Only then was he informed that he had to submit a form of some kind to request seeing the nurse. Then, the nurse said she didn't see anything wrong, no bruising etc which was a lie. He's also diabetic and they only tested his blood sugar twice the 28 days he was there. They fed him food that was filled with sugar, carbs, everything a diabetic should not be eating. He told them and he was ignored. There are lots of other things wrong in the facility. I, myself, have texted with a few other inmates there who have told me the exact same thing my boyfriend told me. Are there any attorneys in TN brave enough to take a case like this? Even Morgan & Morgan wouldn't help.
