3rd Time Cs Called On Me In 4 Years. When Is It Considered Abusing The System?

Location: Pennsylvania. I am a single father of a 6 year old boy. I won 50/50 custody since he was 2. Since then, I have had to deal with the mother making allegations trying to damage the relationship my son and I have.

The first CS call was a bruise on his shin. They found nothing. The second CS call was a bruise on his arm, and it didn’t help that counselor elaborated that she hopes his arm isn’t broken. It takes a monster to ignore that kind of pain from a child, and was dismissed as he was playing with dad and we both took a spill. It was later found out that the mother’s grandmother made the call, because the judge wanted to know and smelled foul play.

The third call, I am now being accused of sexually assaulting my child. My own child. I am beyond livid. Beyond anger. This person is a monster trying to ruin my life now and the father/son relationship.

I did the Safety Care act or whatever it is called to give up my 50/50 time volunterailly. I don’t feel like going up against CS lawyers, I don’t have that bankroll.

When I am proven innocent, not if, but when, what actions can be done to make her be found guilty of abuse of government resources? Majority or full custody? To make this person not ruin my life? She is trying to put me on the registery and end my future.

I dropped my son off on a Thursday. I found out of these charges the day I was supposed to pick him on a Monday. Does local government wait till the working week to make moves to protect children? Point is there was 4 days in between son with his mother and the time I got CS called on me. Any input would help.
