Nocturne Luxury Villas Appoints Craig Reid To Advisory Board

JACJKSONVILLE, FL – Scott Wiseman, Chief Executive Officer of Nocturne Luxury Villas, announces Craig Reid, former President and CEO of Auberge Resorts Collection, to its advisory board. The move marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to expand its position in the luxury villa rental market across the Americas.
Reid, a well-known figure in global luxury hospitality, brings decades of leadership experience. At Auberge, he oversaw growth from six to more than 38 properties worldwide, following a 30-year career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. His expertise in scaling luxury brands while preserving service quality is expected to support Nocturne’s long-term vision.
Focus on service-driven villa rentals
Nocturne currently manages more than 1,200 luxury properties in sought-after destinations across the Caribbean, Mexico, and the United States. The company emphasizes a high-touch, hotel-like guest journey by directly managing every stage of service – from property partnerships to on-the-ground teams – rather than outsourcing.

“Wonderful experiences start with exceptional team members and unmatched local expertise. By owning, not outsourcing, every stage of the guest journey – from our direct relationships with each individual homeowner to continued investment in our local teams – we are able to deliver the consistency and unmatched high-touch service that today’s luxury traveler desires,” says Wiseman. “Each stay is designed to spark a sense of connection, ensuring that our guests leave with memories that feel deeply meaningful.”
“There’s a growing appetite among luxury travelers seeking to stay in residential accommodation for experiences that feel as seamless and service-driven as would be expected in a five-star luxury hotel experience, and it’s an area in which Nocturne is leading,” shares Craig Reid. “Backed by a genuine commitment to hospitality and a forward-thinking approach to redefining the luxury short term rental industry, Nocturne is well positioned to set new benchmarks in the luxury villa market. And having spent my career guiding luxury brands through growth, while staying true to their service ethos, I’m excited to support Scott and his fabulous team to realize this vision.”
Expanding portfolio
The company’s recent growth includes ten new properties across its partner brands, such as WIMCO St. Barth Properties, Grand Cayman Villas and Condos, Cabo Villas, Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara, Exclusive 30A in Florida, and Exceptional Stays in Telluride, Colorado.
Recent additions include Villa Kreola and Camp David in St. Barts, Villa Mareas and Villa Golondrina in Cabo San Lucas, Seacliff Solmar in Santa Barbara, Casa Al Mare on Florida’s 30A, Olympus in Grand Cayman, and several new homes in Telluride, including The Perch and Mears Station residences.
For travel trade professionals, Nocturne’s strategy illustrates the convergence of villa rentals with luxury hospitality standards. As demand grows for exclusive residential accommodations with hotel-level service, operators like Nocturne are positioning themselves as key players in a rapidly evolving segment of the market.
