Crescent Opens World’s Largest Dual-branded Ac/element In Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, USA – Crescent Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of the dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park, developed by Jackson-Shaw. The opening is a landmark in the city’s hospitality history, marking the only dual-branded hotel in Las Vegas and the world’s largest AC/Element property.
The debut also makes history as the first non-gaming property in Symphony Park, reinforcing the district’s positioning as Las Vegas’ cultural hub. Managed by Crescent, the property merges the refined, design-forward identity of AC Hotels with the wellness-driven philosophy of Element, delivering two distinct yet complementary guest experiences under one roof.
Guests can enjoy a piano lounge, saltwater pool, filtered water stations, and 18,000 square feet of event space. Highlights include the largest unobstructed ballroom in the Las Vegas Arts District, catering to meetings, weddings, and conventions.

The property’s location across from The Smith Center for the Performing Arts and World Market, within blocks of Fremont Street and only a seven-minute drive from the Strip, positions it as a gateway to Las Vegas’ arts, culture, and entertainment scene.
Adding to its appeal, the property will showcase a 19-foot steel art installation by local artist Larry Domsky, celebrated for his glass and metal works. Domsky’s creations are already featured in landmarks such as Harry Reid International Airport, Vegas PBS, and the Las Vegas Municipal Courthouse.
Surrounded by major new developments—including the planned art museum and the 32-story Cello Tower – the AC/Element Symphony Park is expected to act as a catalyst for Symphony Park’s continued transformation.
“This dual-branded opening represents a global benchmark and strengthens Symphony Park as a cultural and hospitality destination,” Crescent noted, emphasizing its operational expertise and proven track record in the Las Vegas market.
By combining Marriott’s lifestyle-driven brands with Crescent’s management expertise, the AC/Element Symphony Park is set to redefine the non-gaming hospitality experience in one of the world’s most competitive markets.
