Hello all!

I'm from Springfield, Ohio. This past summer my ex,whom has no custody rights of our son- I am Sole and Residential Guardian, kidnapped our shared minor child. He tried to use it against me that I went to the hospital for multiple medication changes for my PTSD.

The courts granted Emergency Return of Custody. He frauded a school out there and enrolled my son out there impersonating me, etc. My Attorney Team for my family law part of the case is resolving that side of our equation.

However, once I stepped foot back in the state of Ohio he and his girlfriend each served me with a Protective Order that they also frauded video evidence to obtain. I have video proof that he broke his own door that he blamed on me. All because I pissed him off because he kidnapped our child and defamated me. This now impacts me for background checks as I now have to find a new job.

I'm struggling to find Attorneys in AZ that are a civil/criminal Attorney that are not booked out and that can take my case. It's my understanding that I have to have an AZ Attorney because due to lack of due diligence and they enabled my abuser to hide behind a Protective Order while he and his girlfriend continue to harass me and they are the state that granted it. At this point if I can't get them to rectify it- I am considering suing the county/ state that didnt do their due diligence before granting it.

They have gone out of their way to travel to OH to try and provoke me unannounced at my son's extra curriculars, etc. The girlfriend is not protected by the custody order but was "so scared " she got a Protective Order yet came to harass me at a visitation exchange.

Can someone point me in the direction of a reputable Attorney in AZ, preferably Maricopa County that they have used for domestic violence cases? They regularly call the cops on me to try and have me jailed- I am a single mother of 3 that is now jobless. I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize my kid's safety and nothing is important enough to violate an order to risk jail- yet they keep calling to have these "investigations " done.

I have called about 20 Attorneys.

I am desperate at this point.
