Will Our Prenup Be Worthless If My Fiancé's Lawyer Is Her Father?

Location: California

I am planning to get married soon (within a month) to my now fiancé. We are both in our early 20s, she doesn't have any assets. I have a ~25,000 car loan, about $8,000 in retirement investments and ~$60,000 cash savings.

From my understanding so far, she doesn't have any assets. "Her" house and car are in her father's name. I am willing to hire an attorney to draft a prenup, but given how expensive they are, I am wondering if her father can represent her? Would that be valid? I am already weary of spending upwards $2500-4000 on my lawyer, I definitely can't foot the bill for her independent counsel.

If I were to hire a lawyer, he would draw up a prenup protecting my assets, and that lawyer were to email the prenup to her father who would (hypothetically say) "yep looks good", would that hold up later on? Would that count as technically both parties receiving counsel?

Alternatively, can I just bypass the prenup process by transferring the cash savings into my parent's name? (Sorry if a dumb question)
