Wife Can Afford To Get A Lawyer But Hasn’t Made Any Meaningful Effort To Get One But It Saying I Won’t Pay For One. What Will The Judge Say?

Location: Georgia My wife was charged with a felony relating to our youngest child. I’m the one that turned her in so she has spent all her time since she has been arrested trying to get revenge on me. We own our own house and she is in the deed so a judge will probably determine we can afford a lawyer.
There is almost no productive communication with my wife. Whenever I talk to her about getting a lawyer for her she cuts me off and says I refused. She has not sent me any estimates, invoices or any documents that indicate how much a lawyer will cost. She has sent me demands for thousands of dollars (19k) for a lawyer and a car (she is unhappy with her current car) and when I ask her for paperwork or to discuss the details she refuses.
What will the judge say if he thinks she can afford a lawyer and she tells the judge I refuse to get her one?
I have plenty of evidence where I have offered to get her a lawyer but she was too difficult to proceed.
How do I protect myself or explain myself when I am not part of the proceedings?
