What Legal Recourse Do I Have If My Mother Brought Me To The Us At A Young And Kept Me Here Illegally Without The Knowledge/consent Of My Father?

Location: Florida, USA
I’m currently in my mid 30s.
I lived with my aunt and father in Jamaica at the start of 2000.
My mother brought me to the US (moved from NJ->NY->FL in the span of a few months) early in early 2000, which she had done once before but it was only for a few weeks. She ended up keeping me here without the knowledge or consent of my aunt or father.
It wasn’t until I was 18 that I found out I was undocumented. It’s damaged my life and mental well being in irreparable ways.
I’m now in my mid 30s.
It seems unfair that I can’t file charges for what she did, because she ended up getting citizenship for herself by marrying someone for the green card around 2010. End of 2012/beginning of 2013 DACA (deferred action for childhood arrivals) came to be. As soon as I started working she retired, putting most financial pressures on me.
Now she is kicking me out after I gave her the down payment to buy the house we were renting, amongst 20k+ in house upgrades/purchases/repairs). I can make it on my own, but DACA will likely end soon, then I’ll be homeless.
What legal action can I take to get any justice for the damage she did to my life due to her decision to keep me here?
It seems unfair that someone can do that to a person and there be no legal recourse. I’ve tried contacting lawyers, but no one wants to help me.
