What Can I Do About My Neighbors Refusing To Move Their Non Operational Cars On A Private Road?

i live on a small private road. the parking situation is very frustrating because one of my neighbor parked his car in front of my house where i usually park and refuses to move it. one of my neighbor “fixes” cars and paints them at their house so there’s always a bunch of random cars that stay parked for months. my other neighbor brought in a truck that’s been parked for years so we don’t park there. they use it as a garbage can, the tires are flat, and there are weeds literally growing through it.
i genuinely don’t want any problems, and although it’s annoying to have multiple non-operational cars on the road, i don’t really care. i do care now because i have no where to park my car. i can’t really park in my driveway because there is a small house behind mine where a family lives and they go in and out through out the day (which of course cause they have things to do!). i’ve tried contacting the sheriff, but was told they weren’t able to do anything since it’s a private road. the road is off a one way street too so i can’t just park it on another street /:
there’s no HOA and i’ve tried looking for a road association, but from what i found there isn’t any. is there anything else i can do? apologies for the length, but thank you so much for reading if you did! any help is appreciated!
