Was Hit By A Rental Car, Rental Company Unresponsive For Over 4 Months.

Location: VA I was involved in a car accident where a foreign driver of an Alamo car rental merged into my lane without looking. Since there were no injuries, I took photos of the damages, got the license of the driver (german) and a photo of the rental agreement. I called the rental company after 4 days of not hearing from anyone and filed the claim. It was about a month before I received a call from their adjuster/claim processor however I was on a roof and requested a callback the next morning. Since then, I have called her multiple times and left voicemails but have not received any call back. I keep trying to call the claims dept and keep getting transferred to other depts and ultimately after waiting 15 min on hold I’m asked to leave a voicemail. What steps can I take to get some results? I’ve contacted my own insurance and they told me id be subject to a deductible and could possibly get reimbursed after they receive payment from the other company. The damage to my truck wasn’t that severe on the outside (my tire went onto their door and messed their doors up pretty badly), but my truck has an alignment issue now and curves hard to the right.
