Tow Truck Damage
Hello, recently, I had my car wrongfully towed. My apartment complex was redoing the parking lot and give us the wrong information and caused a lot of the residence to have their car towed. The day of, they did not tell us that they had made a mistake and just had our cars towed the tow truck ended up damaging my car. I have contacted the leasing office and the tow truck company. The leasing office just keeps telling me to send them quotes on repairs or any damages, the tow truck company has refused to pay for any damages unless I go through their shop. When I told them I had contacted attorney, they hung up the phone on me. I have pictures of the damage pictures of where my car was. I’ve been in contact with my dealership, leasing office and have tried to have contact with the tow truck company. I have the company’s DOT number but I cannot find their insurance on their website and when I call I get a run around. Any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure what to do atm. Location: Michigan.
