Tesla Full Self Driving Transferred From My Car After Purchase

Location: Nevada
Hello everyone, I'm hoping you all can tell me whether there's any chance of myself having a case against Tesla. I'm going to leave out exact dates just to give myself some sense of anonymity, but still provide a generalized timeline and timeframe. Please note, I am not trying to pursue legal action against the previous owner of the vehicle, as they're a good friend of my family and I believe they didn't do this with malicious intent.
I purchased a Tesla Model 3 from the previous owner this year, as they were going to purchase a new Tesla vehicle using the money from the Model 3 as a down payment. I gave the money to the previous owner, and they signed the title/bill of sale that day. The vehicle had the Full Self Driving (Supervised) package purchased outright. After almost a week of ownership, I initiated a process to change vehicle ownership on the Tesla app which would list myself as the owner. I submitted the bill of sale as a part of this process, which showed I've been the legal owner of the vehicle for a few days at that point. The next day, I was the listed owner of the vehicle in the Tesla app, but the car no longer had the Full Self Driving (Supervised) package included. After discovering the Full Self Driving transfer program, I contacted Tesla Customer Support to see if Full Self Driving was transferred to the previous owner's new vehicle, which Tesla verified was the case. Upon review of the terms and conditions for this transfer program, it clearly states that to be eligible for this offer, Tesla must remove Full Self Driving from the vehicle while the previous owner still has legal ownership. I've been trying to point out that Tesla transferred Full Self Driving on behalf of the previous owner, while the previous owner no longer had legal ownership. However, Tesla Customer Support is stating that the transfer of Full Self Driving was done properly and to pound sand pretty much.
I have two questions I'm hoping you all can help me with:
- Does Tesla have any obligation to restore Full Self Driving on my vehicle?
- If so, what kind of lawyer works on cases like these?
Edit: Added that there is a new vehicle the previous owner purchased and changed some wording to prevent confusion.
