Summer Possession Of Child

I have been doing summer possession since my baby was a months old. She is now 7 but this year is a bit different as her dad has moved to a different state and lives with a new gf and her kids. ( in the court order I should be notified of the current address and new phone number) I have yet to met this woman. A week ago today my daughter called me crying because she was left alone with 8th graders and her dad wasn’t answering the phone. She called me from her grandmothers old phone with WiFi or Gmail. I told her I would reach out to her dad and let him know he needs to be accessible to her especially being left with new people and being in a totally different state. I think that upset him and I haven’t been able to reach my child to check in and see if she’s feeling better. I’ve called his “old number”, emails he’s msged me from, the email my child called me from and now emailed him… I’ve also reached out to his mother twice and she said he got a new number but didn’t pass it on. I was told she’d let him know to call me.. NOTHING. But she says she got to talk to her lol and sent me a picture saying she’s ok… LOL I need to talk to my child! it’s been a week since I’ve heard from her.

I have been struggling… I’m very upset Im wanting to call the police for a welfare check but I don’t even have the address. I don’t know what to do.
