Spouse Cheated And Controls All Bills Currently

Location: New Mexico, USA

I've been with my spouse for 10 years total(married for 8 this November). He's been cheating on me for the past 3 years and I found out earlier this year. We had just bought our house last year. All bills are in his name. He makes significantly more money than me. We have an elementary aged daughter. He moved out of the house months ago and is currently living with his affair partner. I'm afraid he's going to eventually stop paying the mortgage, effectively making me and our daughter homeless. I would like to think he wouldn't screw over his own credit but he's lied to me for the last 3 years so I'm hesitant to trust him at all. He's also disrespected my boundaries when it comes to bringing my daughter around his affair partner. I'm wondering what things I can do to protect me, my daughter, and our living situation. I couldn't afford rent on my own. We shared finances for years because it was the only way we could afford anything at all as the housing/rent market out here is rough. I can't afford an actual lawyer and I'm afraid pro bono wouldnt cut it either on the off chance he refuses to go to court for anything. This whole situation has been affecting my mental health drastically. What options do I have?
