Should I Take This To Court?

Hi I currently go to therapy on a very popular online therapy site. I recently had a psychiatrist, who proscribed me medicine for my mental health as long with oral contraceptive. I remember her saying that when I first met her , she told me that she could prescribe my birth control because outside of the psychiatry care, she had a personal practice and could do it. I agreed simply because it was convenient, as my prior psychiatrist prescribed my oral contraceptive. I ended up leaving her care due to unprofessionalism, and she severed me with a 130$ bill. She was charging me through the mental heath company I see her through AND her personal organization. I only found out because her staff blew my phone up over a bill due. They had me enrolled as a patient, I had never released that information from her, meaning she got all my info (SS, Insurance, personal information, without me knowing from the patient portal on the site I was a member of. I signed no release of information of information to her personal practice, so I’m kinda concerned. I never met her outside of the mental health organization either. (She was double charging through insurance too, I already tipped my insurance company off, as she had our visit listed as “office visits”. What should I do? Location:
