Should I Report This?? Who Would I Tell ????

Location: UK, Whiltshire

I had my year 11 prom yesterday(everyone in my class is 16) and something very weird happened at the after party.

The after party was being hosted by one of my friends. Not that close but I know them decently well so we’re not really friends. She’s 16(I’ll call her Sophie, this is not her name) and her older brother was at the party with a friend. Her older brother is 18 and the friend is 17. I’ll call 17 year old Jack. Jack is not his name.

One of my close friends who was at the after party with me got along well with the brother and was in the garden smoking with him and the Jack when the older brother pulls out his phone and shows a video of 15/16 year old Sophie (he dosent know when the video was taken) being f**ked by Jack.

Whilst it’s extremely weird for her brother to have and keep somthing like that the other issue is he’s 18 and she a minor.

I honestly don’t know what to say as it’s quite shocking. He hasent told anyone else about the video and I was just looking for advice.
