Seeking Advice About The Judge Finding Me Not Guilty Of A Alleged Crime Because Of Lack Of Evidence.

I was charged with a f3 failure to comply in Ohio. I took the case to trial. On the day of trial the prosecutor filed motion for dismissal due to seeing the cruiser cam footage. And it clearly showed me pulling over for the officers. The judge accepted this. But here is the problem. After accepting the motion for dismissal. The judge looked at me and said we clearly see you pulled over for the officers so there is no way possible to charge you for a failure to comply. But if you want to admit to it I will sentence you to 6 months credit for time served. And we won't follow up on the results from the white substance that was found on you. I said no ... being that I clearly stopped for the officers. So I'm just curious. The judge basically said I wasn't guilty of the f3 because he said his self he seem the cruiser footage but in that same sentence asked me if I wanted to go ahead and admit to it....... Even though he knew I wasn't guilty of it. He would not bring up any charges for the substance found. Correct me if I'm wrong but that is not allowed in a court of law. Please help with some input.... Location: Ohio
