Saving My Mom’s Estate, My Sister Is The Devil

My mom passed unexpectedly 8/30/25. My 6+ years older half sister didn’t even call to tell me. My oldest daughter told me hours later and after many people already knew. She excluded me from funeral plans, had mom embalmed and THEN cremated against my mother’s express wishes to NEVER be pumped full of poison, painted, posed and set on display for people to gawk. She Excluded me from her ashes arrangements, locked me out of mom’s house. She lives next door to her. I live an hour away. I wrote her a certified letter asking that we work together on mom’s estate and settle it fairly as her only two children. If she didn’t respond I would open a probate case. She didn’t respond, I filed the petition pro bono 9/9/25, then hired an attorney later. I didn’t have mom’s death certificate yet so it needs filed and my original pleading needs amended. My attorney is out of town for two weeks and says “there’s nothing immediate about the problem at this moment” that he’ll handle it when he gets back.. or I can contact his office girls who are starting on it currently blah blah. My sister’s attorney responded last week so now I am about to lose it wanting to respond and get this going. What do I freaking do? My sister is the devil, fights dirty and her father (we had different dads) is the county judge (not like on a bench judge but like.. the guy who manages the county the roads etc) and has an office in the courthouse. She has already done everything to make herself look unfit as the administrator but I am terrified of what will happen here , I have to beat her. For once in my life. Help
