My Mother Won't Give The Title To Her Trailer To Our Relatives. Can They Do Anything?
Location: Wisconsin My mom had agreed to taken in some relatives to live with her for a while.they had fallen onto soem money, but we're also homeless and elderly. since she was cooking for them and cleaning for them they offered her 20k l for a trailer marked at like 45k so she could pay off her loan on the thing and they would own it when she moved out or get their money back if it was sold... That was the deal. My mother's plan was to save up and buy a house long term. They ended up moving in with their daughter and now their daughter convinced them they need to kick my mom out and get the title to the trailer from her they gave her a week via text. No agreement was written down they paid a few bucks on rent and bought some groceries when they lived with my mom. Also they agreed to this loose timeline since they needed a lot of elder care that was provided by my mom cooking cleaning and such. my mom literally cleaned a liquid poop off the floor made by a grown man. Can they take any legal action against her?
