My Husband Has Two Speeding Tickets For One Infraction

Location: Minnesota, USA Hello! We really don't know how to go about this. My husband was pulled over a few months ago for speeding. At the time of the ticket the officer wrote down that he was in a Ford Maverick (He drives a Silverado) so after being transferred over to multiple departments in our county (We live in Minnesota. He was pulled over in Wright County) he was told by a lady at the prosecutors office that the issue would be fixed but he would still have to pay the ticket. He paid the ticket and a few weeks later we recieve the new "fixed" ticket with the correct vehicle. We figured since we paid the ticket it was just for our records. We then received a notice that the ticket was not paid. As both me and my husband work full time and don't have the time to go to court we just paid the ticket again. Now we have a notice from the state saying because of 2 speeding infractions he could have his liscense taken away with the next infraction. Both infractions are listed as the exact date and exact same time so now both are on his driving record. We both work in the automotive industry and he cannot have multiple tickets as it could cost him his job. We don't know who to call or what to do as we are being bounced around from place to place over the phone. Do we set a court date? How do we even go about that in Minnesota? Help!
