My Ex Threw Out $6k Worth Of Stuff In 16 Days, Please Help?

Location: Oklahoma A few months ago my ex was letting someone flirt with her so we broke up. Within 16 days she threw out my things. She had told me she was gonna move out then she changed her mind, or "forgot". I was waiting for her to move out so I didn't really respond about the stuff.

She wouldn't let me have my things until I talked to her. Forbade me from going to her house and took my key of the house because she felt unsafe.

My friend and roommate [her roommate too] at the time wasn't allowed to get my things for me. Then within 16 days she had thrown out all my belongings because her dogs "ruined it". She then lied and said she actually did have it and then said she would bring me my stuff herself I told her where to drop it off and then she never showed up to drop off my things.

I have recipts for some of it and 2 witness, my sister and my previous roommate.

Will I win? This whole thing has shaken me honestly and I can't get anyone to help me with the civil case, some quoting for $3800-$4500 or I get a you got this, from legal aid.

I do have messages to prove this. Any advice would help and is greatly appreciated!
