My Daughter Died In My Husbands Custody What Can I Do.

i recently received my daughters autopsy & death certificate from september , (for context her father started putting his hands on me while pregnant , i called his chain of command the first time and all they did was take him out of the house for two days which only made him more mad when he came back the second time was after i called the police on him for locking me out while i was 6 months pregnant when the police arrived i showed them the pics and vids of the bruises and proof he was hurting me and they told me since i didn't call for that they couldn't do anything and that if they were called to the house again somone would go to jail at the time i was hormonal and scared and he truly made it to where he was my only support (he would go back to my parents ab the stuff i confided in about them and that led to us not talking anymore ) not the point though two days before hurricane helene down in georgia we had a physical altercation, he started it and it involved him pushing me in to a wall when i had our daughter in my hands. After he did that i immediately saw red and went to put her down in a safe place and ran over to him and he got video of me fighting back finally, that morning i made plans to leave long story short he found out i was trying to leave and went to the courthouse while i was at work with our daughter and lied basically saying i was the one abusing him. when i got home that night i got escorted off the property and saw her for the last time. one of the last few things i screamed to him was DO NOT HURT HER AND DO NOT PUT MY BABY IN THAT BED she had started rolling over the week prior but i already wasn't ok with her being in the bed , the officer escorting me out even said "he's not gonna hurt her she'll be ok ," i told him hey he might not hurt her on purpose but something is going to happen. anyways the next day i tried making plans with my friend i was staying with to go to the courthouse i had the prior night complied a 600+ folder on my photo app of text messages and videos and pics proving he was abusive physically , emotionally, finically (were legally married btw) but the courthouse closed early that day because of the hurricane that was comming and i wasn't able too, the hurricane comes and 6 days pass , 6 days where i can't see , talk or hear from my daughter, on the 6th day he calls me screaming she's gone all i could keep asking is what do you mean, i get to the house and she's already been passed for a minute. he claims to have passed out and woke up with her face down and that he performed cpr until emt arrival (emts claimed they saw him doing cpr when they got there ). i have been stuck in the past few months in this limbo headspace where i still care about what happens to him and his feelings even though mine were never cared about by him so i always thought something suspicious but i had no real answers. two weeks ago i receive her autopsy and death certificate , the autopsy reports that there was no prior evidence of cpr inteverention before emt arrival , and regardless he had her in the bed he also had signed an agreement with DCFS not even a month prior that he wouldn't sleep with her in the bed. i went to the detective that was there that day with the new information also including how the autopsy couldn't determine if it was on purpose or on accident and he says he doesn't think there's anything suspicious or criminal. i don't know if i am sounding crazy at this point but i think at the very least it should've been investigated more he lied to take her from me and did it out of pettiness and knowing i was trying to leave and did the dumbest thing ever by keeping her in a bed during a time where there wasn't even power in the house. my beautiful baby deserved so much more time and life and i don't believe that there's nothing suspicious if someone could lmk if there's anything i could get him with w this please like he can't just get away with everything he did to me and how she lost her life
