My 14m Freshman Son In Texas Facing 5-day Iss For Defending Against Sexual Harassment/battery On School Bus.

Recently my son got in a fight with another student in school who was bullying him. While on an away game ride from a football game the said student sexually harassed him by touching his genitals and then putting his fingers in my son’s mouth, then after calling him “dick lips”. He continued to touch to put his fingers in his mouth and my son physically moved his arms out the way. The touching stopped for a little as the bus ride continued but then the other student spit in his hand and rubbed it in his face and it got in his mouth. My son was of course angry, and then told him just wait. They walked into the locker room and the other kid said do something and my son told him to wait till Monday because they do football practice and hit against each other and he called him out. The right way and the legal way with coach supervision. This happens in sept 17 and he was referring to Monday sept 21 and the coach was in the locker room acting like he couldn’t hear it. The following Monday, it went on as normal and then right when school ended they were in the school locker room getting ready for practice. My son was sitting in his locker minding his own business and he stepped up to my son and got in his face my son ignored him and sat back down and then he pushed him and my son got back up and said bro move and shoved him away and then he shoved my son back and said or what. My son was standing there and the other student said “or I’ll kiss you” my son was shocked by what he said and laughed it off and sat back down and then he stuffed his fingers in my sons mouth and my son ignored him and then he slapped my sons phone out his hand and cracked the back of his phone. My son took his slides off and gave him the fight he wanted and they faught. My son squared up and the other kid as well and then the other kid swung and my son dodged it and then he hit him in the jaw, the other student got stunned when my son hit him and then he swung wildly and hit my son in his eye causing it to become back on the bottom so the fight stopped. No coach was present and nothing happened and the coach’s didn’t ask what happened or why his eye was swollen. My som who is a freshman defended himself against an older sophomore supposed to be a jr. who is 16 and my son who is 14 and is well known for messing with people. The school assistant principal seen the video of the fight and blamed it all on my son and gave the other kid nothing. What can I do and I just need guidance
