Mother In Law Squatting In House

My wife's mom has been with us for over 30 days on and off helping take care of MIL mother (grandma) the MIL refuses to leave and refuses to have grandma transferred to a facility for care i called police after an altercation and they were unhelpful didnt want to have the mother in law trespassed saying she has POWER OF ATTORNEY for the grandma in law and I told them all she has to do is arrange transport she doesnt want to she even admitted to the officer she goes home everyday to shower and come back she admitted this isn't her home and they did nothing is there anything I can do everyday there is an argument with her all she does is belittle me and wife she lied to police about various things and has threatened to call child protective services which I dont care because I have nothing to hide im looking for advice place of residence is Location: dayton ohio sorry for grammar guys

EDIT: she doesnt have a key and place is accessible through fingerprint or access code which she has none she doesnt have belongings here beside her jacket she brings with her she doesnt get mail here there is no lease or rental agreement this was only supposed to be temporary
