Just Found Out My Husband Was Married Previously, But Denies It Was Him

For context, my husband and I are currently living apart do to disagreements and he went back to where he lived previously. He was supposed to move in with me but things slowed down because I was pregnant at the time.

Point is he was moving things and it stopped when we fought and he just stays there where he lives with a couple hes friends with. Whos husband left but allegedly comes back to help her with things bc they are moving..

I found a divorce record about him online, went to courthouse and confirmed it was real. The woman he married just so happens to be the "roomate" he has lived with. They married in 2015, seperated 2019 and were officially divorced in 2021. I met him in 2023.

When I confronted him he denied it all and said it wasnt him. No matter what proof I showed him such as how all the assets and finances matched them both, he denies it. He did mention that his identity was stolen a while before we met and he mentioned it again saying that that is probably why, but why would it match the name of the "theive's" ex wife? He even claims that its not her..

I know that here, both parties need to be present for marriage, but I dont have that document. Only the divorce record. So I dont know if they even married here in california or anything and he definitely wouldnt tell me.

What documents or paperwork can I provide to show that it really was him? I want him to stop lying. Would any of this help if I were to divorce him?
